Important Information

Lubcloud is a working farm and dogs must be kept on lead and under control until inside the field
Avoid arriving 10 minutes before your appointment
Park your overlooking the field to give consideration other main car park users or use our secure parking area
Wait inside your car with your dogs until the previous customer has left the secure parking area
Your booked time includes entering and leaving the secure parking area
Leave promptly at the end of your booked time
Always watch your dogs to prevent missed toileting and digging holes that may cause trips or falls to other users
Pick up and bag all dog waste, disposing of it in the bins provided. Note that toileting will often occur on arrival
Please bring your own dog waste bags, however bags are available around the field should you run out
Agility equipment is provided for dog use only and used at the handlers/owners own risk
Keep footwear off the agility equipment rubberised areas, as this will damage the surface
Children must always be supervised and must not be allowed on the agility equipment
Gilbert’s Gallop is not liable for injuries caused by dogs to yourself or guests during a booking. Please refer to your personal pet policy or business custody /care/control policy for cover
Be prepared! The weather can be unpredictable, which may affect your enjoyment of our outdoor facility. You are advised to check the forecast when you receive the 48-hour reminder email. This will give you time to reschedule avoiding the loss of the cost of your booking
Wear suitable and appropriate footwear for uneven ground, particulary in damp or muddy conditions
Gilbert’s Gallop does NOT have toilet facilities
Please close and padlock the gate on leaving, ensuring the chain fully secures the gate and the code is jumbled
