Follow the green tab link on each email to reschedule to the date and time of your preference or you may leave them to book when required. All bookings are valid for 4 months of the payment date. Please note:

  • Please ensure you have read to accept our Terms and Conditions prior to booking online, as booking serves as a confirmation of acceptance.

  • Please ensure your device is regularly maintained by clearing cookies (mobile/Ipad/PC) as this may cause an error message and stop the booking process.

  • Please note when booking, you will only be shown the available times for each day, for the service you have selected.

  • Your full name, email address and contact number are required. Also, answer the three questions to enable the booking process to proceed. Providing the emergency contact number is required should we need to contact a family member or friend on your behalf.

  • If you have not received your booking confirmation, first check your email 'spam' box. If you have not received either the confirmation email or text message, please contact us asap as it indicates an incorrect entry on your booking form and you will not receive the current gate code.

  • All details held on the booking system are confidential and secure to meet the GDPR regulations. All contact detail used in the booking processes of Fun 4 All Dog Club is securely stored and not used for any other purpose. Financial details are not stored within the system.

  • Once you have made your booking, you can reschedule the booking yourself from confirmation email via the green tab, up to 24 hours before the booking.

  • As you may reschedule bookings up to 24 hours beforehand, refunds are not given. Any payments made in error incur a 2.5% admin charge on the full amount of your booking error. Please see T&C's for booking details.
